All components of the GCM application process must be completed prior to New Staff Training and are listed below: - GCM Application including all required essays and signature pages
- Application Fee
- All References completed and submitted to GCM
- Moral Questionnaire completed and reviewed by local pastor
- Interview completed with GCM
- If provisionally accepted, register for New Staff Training
*Note for Applications for International Missions, a set of psychological testing is required prior to being scheduled for an interview. Please submit your application per the process above and GCM will forward the appropriate information.
When the screening process has been completed, applicants are notified of GCM’s decision. Applicants who are given provisional acceptance must complete the New Staff Training program prior to beginning employment with GCM. GCM reserves the right to perform additional steps in the screening process when necessary.
