We believe missionaries should receive meaningful leadership, which is why we provide personal coaching both during and after initial their support-raising. Our coaching involves regular communication for the purpose of support and development, both personally and vocationally.
A missionary's church supervisor provides management and oversight, as well as an annual performance review and appraisal. GCM supports the governance and ministry directives of the local church, provides the supervisor with tools and resources, and guides the annual performance and appraisal review process.
